As part of the rapid urban development taking place on the eastern outskirts of Jakarta, the Bekasi Mixed-Use Development Project brings modern, vertical living to one of Greater Jakarta’s fastest-growing cities. This apartment complex is part of a larger master plan that includes residential, commercial, and lifestyle components, designed to accommodate the increasing demand for integrated urban housing.
Our company was selected to handle the MVAC System, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works for the residential tower portion of the project, delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable building systems that support both tenant comfort and operational reliability.

MEP Scope of Work
We delivered key building infrastructure systems that support both day-to-day use and long-term building performance:
1. MVAC System (Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
Our team designed and installed a reliable cooling system tailored for residential units and common areas. The MVAC system ensures indoor comfort across all seasons, with energy-efficient components and zoning that supports independent control.
2. Fire Fighting System
To ensure resident safety, we installed a comprehensive fire protection system, including sprinklers, fire hose reels, and hydrants throughout all floors and shared spaces. The design complies with national fire safety codes and integrates seamlessly with the building’s emergency response plans.
3. Plumbing System
We developed a complete water supply and drainage system, including vertical risers, water tanks, and internal piping for each residential unit. The system was built to meet daily household needs while incorporating water-saving features and easy-access maintenance points.
