IDOT SUPRIADI

• Indonesian Citizen, born in 1971, domiciled in Jakarta. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Gadjah Mada University, Jakarta.
• He started his career in PT United Tractors Tbk as a Management Trainee of the Service Division, later being appointed as the General Manager of the Service Division, President Director of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya (2011-2015), Commissioner of PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (2015-2017) and President Commissioner of PT Andalan Multi Kencana (2015-2020).
• He was first appointed as President Commissioner of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2023. In addition to serving as the Company’s President Commissioner, he currently has concurrent positions as President Director of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk. (2020), Commissioner of PT Universal Tekno Reksajaya and PT Dredging International Indonesia (2020), Director of PT United Tractors Tbk (2015), and Deputy President Director of PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (2017).
• He has no financial, management, or family relationship with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and Main and Controlling Shareholders.

OEI HIRONEMUS UTARI

• He was first appointed as Commissioner of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2012. PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia was established as a strategic joint venture among several prominent companies, including PT VS Lighting Control, a member of the Lelco Group.
• In addition to serving as Company’s Commissioner, he is the Founder and Chairman of the Lelco Group, a leading Indonesian company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of innovative lighting and electrical solutions.
• He has no financial, management, or family relationship with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and Main and Controlling Shareholders.

DAVID WIDJAJA

• Indonesian Citizen, born in 1970, domiciled in Jakarta. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta.
• Previously, his career includes as Budget Department and Manager of Finance and Asset Management of PT Astra International Tbk, General Manager of Finance & Accounting of PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (2011 – 2013), Finance Director of PT Patria Maritime Perkasa (2013 – 2018) and Finance Director of PT Patria Maritime Lines (2013 – 2018). Furthermore, he served as Finance Director of PT Patria Maritime Industry (2013 – 2018) and General Manager of Finance & Accounting of PT United Tractors Tbk (2019 – 2021).
• He was first appointed as Commissioner of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2023. In addition to serving as the Company’s Commissioner, he currently holds concurrent positions as Director of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (2021), Commissioner of PT Acset Pondasi Indonusa (2022), and PT Sacindo Machinery (2024), as well as President Commissioner of PT Aneka Raya Konstruksi Mesindo (2023).

PANJI SETIAWAN

President Director

• Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta in 1971. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Krisnadwipayana University.
• Started his career as an Assistant Engineer in 1991, he later became Chief of Procurement and Contract Administration at PT PP-Taisei Indonesia Construction, Jakarta (2001 – 2003). He also went through some companies such as PT. Podium Intigraha (2003 – 2004), PT Rekapastika Asri (2004 – 2005), PT. Almaron Perkasa (2005 – 2006), PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (2006 – 2014), PT. Alfa Goldland Realty (2014 – 2018), and he later became a Project Manager (2018), Industrial Production Deputy Division Head (2023), and Industrial Production Division Head (2024) at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk.
• He was first appointed as President Director of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2021. In addition to serving as the Company’s President Director, he currently holds concurrent positions as Division Head of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (2024).
• He has no financial, management, or family relationship with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or Main and Controlling Shareholders.

ROSA OKTAVIA

Finance & HCOS Directors

• Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta in 1988. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Prasetiya Mulya Business School.
• She started her career in PT Astra International Tbk as a Management Trainee (2011 – 2013) before becoming a Business Development & Financial Advisory of PT United Tractors, Tbk (2013 – 2016).
• Continuing her career journey, she joined PT United Tractors’s Affiliate Company, PT Acset Indonusa Tbk. In 2016, as a Business Development. She also served as Chief Financial Officer of the same company for the same period.
• She was first appointed as Finance & HCOS Director of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia from 2019 to the present.
• She has no financial, management, or family relationship with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or Main and Controlling Shareholders.

HARJUNAIDI

Operation Director

• Indonesian Citizen, born in Jakarta in 1963. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
• He started his career as an Engineer at PT Bina Rasano Engineering in 1989 to 1990. He then became an Engineering Manager of PT. Jaya CM (1990 – 2004) , MEP Manager of PT Griya Emas Sejati (2004 – 2007), General Manager of Meinhard ATC Pte Ltd (2007 – 2011).
• He continued his career as Principal Representative of Envipure Pte Ltd (2011 – 2012) before he became Project Manager of PT Lelco Trindo in (2013 – 2015).
• He then served as Project Director of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2016 to 2022 before he became Operation Director of PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia in 2022 to the present.
• He has no financial, management, or family relationship with the other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or Main and Controlling Shareholders.
