In commemoration of the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia (BINKEI) will hold the BINKEI Olympics on August 17, 2024, at the BINKEI Head Office. This event serves as an opportunity for all employees to gather, compete in a healthy manner, and strengthen camaraderie in the spirit of struggle, aligned with the values of BINKEI.
As part of the August 17th celebration, the BINKEI Olympics is not just an ordinary competition or contest, but also a reflection of the values of teamwork, resilience, and an unwavering spirit that are also applied in our daily work environment.
The event will begin with an opening ceremony, where a representative from BINKEI’s management will deliver a speech and an inspirational message about the meaning of independence and how the spirit of struggle can be applied to work and daily life. After that, various exciting competitions will be held to entertain and boost the sense of camaraderie among employees.
Throughout the competition, participants showed high enthusiasm and strong spirit. The atmosphere became even more festive with cheers and support from fellow employees, who rallied behind the contestants. After all the competitions concluded, the event continued with the announcement of winners and the awarding of prizes to the teams or individuals who triumphed in each competition category.
Through the BINKEI Olympics 2024, the company aims to instill values such as teamwork, healthy competition, perseverance, and sportsmanship, which are essential in the workplace. In addition, this event serves as a moment to relieve stress from daily routines and strengthen the sense of belonging to BINKEI as one big family.
